Fees and Payment
We accept the following behavioral health and mental health insurances and Employee Assistance Plans (EAP):
Aetna and Aetna EAP, Anthem BC/BS, Cigna and Cigna EAP, Medical Mutual, Molina, United Behavioral Health and United Behaviorah Health EAP, United Healthcare, ComPsych EAP, CorpCare EAP, Value Options
Clients, parents or guardians of clients need to contact their behavioral health insurance company or Employee Assistance Program for information about their mental health benefits, deductible, copay and any pre-authorization needed before scheduling an appointment.
Please bring your insurance card, photo i.d., and co-payment to your first appointment.
A Sliding Fee Scale is available for those without insurance coverage.

Counseling Fees:
Intake/Assessment for children and adults $125.00
50 minute session for children and adults $100.00
unless a Sliding Fee Scale or Discount is used
