Fees and Payment:
Provider for Aetna, Anthem, Medical Mutual and other behavioral and mental health coverage. Please check with your plan prior to scheduling an appointment. The client may request an invoice for services to submit to their insurance company. Full payment for services is expected at each session.
Fees for Services:
Intake/Assessment for children and adults $ 100.00
50 minute session for children and adults $ 75.00
75 minute session for children and adults $ 110.00
100 minute session for children and adults $ 145.00
- Package discounts available when you purchase 4 or more sessions. Save up to $13.00 per 50 minute session. -
Testifying at Court and all services provided for court related issues:
Plus mileage and expenses within Franklin County $150.00/hour
Plus mileage and expenses outside of Franklin County $200.00/hour
Minimum charge $150.00. A $2000.00 retainer is required prior to the provision of any court related services. Any unused portion wil be returned to the client.
Counseling Groups Fee varies by group
A $50.00 fee will be charged for broken appointments without at least 12 hour notice. The full service fee of $75.00 will be charged for broken appointments.
A $50.00 fee will be assessed for returned checks.
Phone calls of a duration longer than 3 minutes will be considered a counseling session, and will be billed at $75.00/hour.
Additional fees for travel and other expenses will be billed for off-site services.
